I’d say you have a very good chance, especially if you get your SAT up a little…with all your AP classes and presumed advanced math classes, I’m surprised you didn’t score higher…regardless a very impressive resume…good luck

    p.s. Cornell is a great experience…

Come on, man. You’re not really worried about whether you can make it into any of these schools, are you? Your application’s gonna look awesome to all of them. But I would seriously consider adding Tufts to your short list. You’re already in MA, and it’s a great school.

Honestly, you’re just an average student to the above schools.
It is going to be almost impossible for you to get into Stanford or any of the Ivy Leagues.
Some kid in my grade, whose unweighted GPA was a 3.98 (he got 1 A- in his entire high school career) and whose weighted was around a 4.7ish and a 2350 on his SATs, was captain of the debate team and a lot of other different ECs was rejected from Stanford and Penn and was waitlisted at Brown.

You can probably get into UCLA, Cal, UCSD, and maybe Tufts.
It is going to be harder to get into John Hopkins, Duke, and UNC – Chapel Hill

Whatever school you go to, you will be happy at.

take a look at the out of state student population at all of the California State schools. they accept very few out of state students. You are going to have to pay an application fee to each school you apply to. Can you afford it? I would drop the CA schools if you can not.
And think about getting to these schools and back home for breaks. Once again money, but time also. From CA you are spending an entire day getting home. My son had only thursday/fridaysaturday/sunday off for Thanksgiving. we could not get him home for turkey dinner. Trust me, flying back and forth gets old very quick.
And as great as your transcripts is, you should apply to at least a few safety school. Realize that your competition at these schools are going to have transcripts as good as yours.
