What happens if you get Home Arrest but you live in a camper or a trailer house? can you drive anywhere?

I mean when they put that GPS devices on your ankle and they order you to stay home, but if you home has wheels then…. how that works?

Is this a serious question? Of course that isn’t allowed!
You have to stay in one place. If the ONLY option is to live in camper, then the police would remove the tires and make sure it isn’t able to move. An alarm would go off if the camper moved more than a few inches.
I can’t believe this is a serious question…
Then, I guess you can’t get home arrest, if you won’t stay put. The whole point is that you don’t go places. And, since the device is a GPS device, it will register where you are. If it’s not where you should be, then back to jail or prison.
If you are looking for a loophole, forget this one. And be glad you live in a place that has house arrest. It’s not an option in my area.
