What has the McCain camp done wrong recently?

Obama is way up in the polls – and they are now even in Florida, North Carolina, OH, and Obama has VA and CO (various polls may yeild different results, but they all show large gains for Obama).
What do you think failed for Mccain?
1) Suspending the Campaign before he didn’t
2) Palin’s bizarre answers to the most recent Curic interview (“I read it all”)
3) Debate bounce hold over
4) General mishandling of the bailout/rescue unrelated to ’1′ above
5) David Letterman
6) Rise in violence in Iraq
7) All the great questions the Obama-bots are asking on YA 
All the foolish smears and rumors the McCain-ites are spreading on YA.

1) Picking Sarah Palin as VP running mate.
Getting beat in the debate.
2) Saying the fundamentals of our economy are strong.
3) Saying the economy is not really his thing,
4) Screwing up voting in Washington with his political stunt of suspending his campaign for no reason.
5) Continuing to support this failed war in Iraq.
6) Not mentioning the middle class at all during the 1st debate.
7) Not delivering on what was supposed to be his strength (foreign policy) in the debate.
9) Can not bring his party together.
10) Numerous false smears and rumors.
11) Defending his choice of Sarah Palin.
I think that Mccain is a huge idiot, along with Palin, who is an even bigger one.
its not rumors or smears.. its facts. Mccains an idiot and u can catch him on almost anything he says which he contridicts himself.
1) there was no reason for him to suspend his campaign , he cant do anything about the crash. and obama was still campaigning and making suggestions.
2) Palin is a tool who isnt even aloud to talk, her own party dosnt let her talk to public without mccain watching over her shoulder.
3)Mccain trys to take cheap shots that have nothing to do with anything, he makes rediculous points and i have no idea why anyone likes this guy
4) All of you republicans can blame democrats for the bail out bill falling, but if u actually read about what happened, The Republicans in congress voted agaisnt it because Palosi made a comment about bush sucking … so naturally instead of thinking of the country, the rublicans used the bitchy card and started crying.
5) David had a right to be mad at mccain, its rediculous that mccain cant campaign because of the bailout which is complete BS.
6) Mccain says he knows how to handle violence because he is a “Maverick” which is bs. he was a fake war hero, and there are records to prove it. just because he become a POW dosnt mean he is a hero… and the only reason he was considered a war hero is because of his father and grandfather being admirals.

10) Mccain Says our economy has strong fundamentals.. Yeaappp thats sooo true even tho almost every bank had declaired bankruptcy and the DOW had plundged.
I dont think it takes much to understand how amazingly dumb people are for believing mccain could EVER do anything right as being a president with palin backing him up . He voted for Bush 95% of the time which tells you that thinks bush was right…and it shows now how right he is.

I would add McCain trying to spin Palin’s affirmative response to the question re invading Pakistan. Couric’s response to McCain saying it was another “gotcha” question was classic. Um, it was a VOTER’s question.
I think people have been going to the videos that the Vietnam Veterans agaist McCain have & they saw how he treated the families who just wanted the US gov. to go back to look for their loved ones who never made it home…he is on the videos going beserk & it reminds people my age that the person who kept them from being found was John Sydney McCain the supposed hero. huh, he is a traitor, he admits to that on this videos where he acts just like he did on the debates when he is acting, he gets really sad looking, then on this videos he admits he crashed 5 planes, he injured himself, he was not tortured cause he gave secrets away & lived in luxury, he thought people would go along with his BS hero story & they did but the videos he made help people see he is a liar…There was a long list of republicans how refused to go to the convention cause they have had terrible fights with him…so he went accross the ailse & worked with dems cause no one else wants anything to do with him, that is where the phoney Maverick name comes from….I think people know the only things he is running on are fraudulent but your points are also good reasons & there are many, many more,,,,,besides Obama is a good man people can research to find out the smears are all lies. He knows thousands of people & out of them all they found the 1% bad ones & used them against him as if he was so involved with them…Yet no ones knows where McCain goes to church or what he has ever done on a Sunday or who he has bought houses from or how mnay he actually owns which is probably thousands thanks to the crisis his buddies created.
