What methods do the people who built the Georgia Guidestones want to use to depopulate mankind to <500million?

The Georgia Guidestones read as their 1st ‘commandment’:
MAINTAIN HUMANITY UNDER 500,000,000
IN PERPETUAL BALANCE WITH NATURE
As I said, how do you think they want to go about in achieving this number, killing all but less than 1 out of 10 people (considering our population is now around 6.8 BILLION):
Nuclear war?
Genocide (I.e. death camps)?
Biological Weapons (I.e. Ebola)?
Famine?
Other?
Or all of the above?

Since no-one seems to own up to building them, and I can’t be bothered to look any further (and presumably you can’t either) then it is imposible to know what methods they advocate.
But since we live on a finite planet logic says there is a limit to our population and consumption.
Malthus http://desip.igc.org/malthus/ is the name most associated wiht this – his conclusion was
“Misery is the mechanism that balances human requirements and available resources.”
since most humans and the societies they create are incapable of regulating their demands on the planet, the planet will do it for them, which will be through starvation and disease and fighting for resources as we face peak oil, peak fertiliser and peak water over the next 40 years.
OTHER: elect people like Obama.
