This animated film was on television and advertised in an early to mid 90s TV Guide. I always had the thought that it was a made for TV movie, but I’m not sure. It was about cats who were like people…walked on two legs, wore clothes, etc.

As I remember, the beginning (or at least some part) had a cat giving birth to the main character…in a Victorian-like house as I remember. I think he traveled at some point in the movie and had a female interest. All this, however, is just from my vague memory.

Any answers would be helpful…I am looking for the title, character names, images and still shots from the movie, DVD/VHS info, actors, country of origin (I watched it in California, but it could have been foreign), and any other information.
