What would Where can I find a good camping spot (in Southern California) Where i can fish as well?
ByOK so I’m planning a camping trip but a lot of people want to go fishing as well.
Because a lot of people who I am inviting live in Los Angeles, I need something relatively close by.
Where is a good camping spot in Southern California where I can camp and fish?
and dont tell me something McGrath Park in Ventura

I would try in the Big bear area. There is big bear lake and some other surrounding lake that have camping and fishing. You might also try Lake Lopez, but it might not be considered camping to you(while the camp ground is within waking distances from the water, the camp also has a water park, marina, and boat rentals). Its very fun, though, especially since dear and turkey surround the camp and are very tame. Also, there is lake casitas, but again, while the camp is also within waking distance of the water, it might not be considered real camping to you because it also has a water park( though its more more young kids). However, the camp is big, so you can get a camp miles away from the water park and the rest of the facilities.
