Whats the name of this Marine movie?

My brother is a recruiting marine and when he went to boot camp, he came back with a training movie to show me and my family about what its like to go through Marine boot camp. It was about a very tough drill sargent who was very tough on the marines (in training). It took place in I think it was South Carolina.
sounds like full metal jacket but there a many like that, officer and a gentelman isnt mariens, its navy but same premise
