   Salvation Army summer camp.I went as a kid and i loved it.

   Try the YMCA. They usually have a program you can apply for to have it discounted or free wherever your income falls into. My girls went to summer camp at the YMCA and LOVED it!!! I would actually just google summer camps for westchester county and call them and inquire about discounted fees. good luck to you! hope this helped
