Like a long canoe trip where you stop of the river to camp for the night.
The Current river in south eastern Mo. is very good and so is Jack’s Fork. Both are long and smooth and very scenic.
Here’s a great site that describes canoeing trips and activities in the state of Missouri.
The Huzzah River in Steeleville is great. Check out the Meramec, as well.
current river is good and so is jack’s fork. jack’s fork is more adventourous but depending where you start it does run into current river which is more laid back. we have gone there every year for the past 20 years and love it.
