Where is Michelle Obama?

Other than her recent appearance at a Virginia forum, we haven’t heard much from Michelle Obama in recent weeks. What gives? Was the perception most Americans had of her as being angry, bitter and unpatriotic finally striking a chord within the Obama camp? Should we look for a made-over, gentler, kinder, proud Michelle in weeks to come?
She is locked up in an abandoned warehouse outside of Jersey. Gagged.
They want to make sure she doesn’t say any more stupid stuff like being proud of her country for the first time. But hey…Obama thinks there are 57 states.
I think they’re keeping her under wraps as much as possible. They tried the ‘makeover’ but it just didn’t work. You can put lipstick on a….
Oh, never mind.
She’s campaigning for Obama constantly and taking care of their children. What is the point of this question?
She’s making the rounds on the daytime talk shows in an attempt to get the women of America so see some redeeming value in her.
She already had a makeover…..It seems it hasn’t helped….Its smart they keep her away, she is hurting Obama.

I understand that the bitter one was in Charlotte yesterday, not to discuss the issues or the messiah, but to target her grievance-mongering at Sarah Palin.

I really do not understand the HATE you cons feel for this woman. She is very pleasant and very honest, which is refreshing.
Her daughters were staring school and she wanted to be there for them their first week. Now that that is over she has been out on the trail.
The fact is that most people see black women as “angry and bitter.” Michelle isn’t fake, she’s direct. She’s intelligent. People don’t like that, in general in women. Especially black women.
Anyway, she has two young girls who recently started school. She’s being a mother.
I also find it interesting that I asked a question about Cindy McCain and the fact that she has disowned her sisters, and the question is deleted within seconds. But bashing Michelle Obama is quite ok around these parts.
Why does it matter if we’ve heard from her or not? I’d rather her and Cindy McCain stay out of the election, we’re voting for their husbands, not them. She’s at home being a MOTHER.
She just spoke in NC. She said you shouldn’t vote for Palin just because “she’s cute”.

I think Michelle is doing just fine. Keeping her kids from the spotlight and being a mom. Whats she supposed to do, dump the kids in daycare so she can be on the campaign trail at every event.

Why are people so hateful? Michelle Obama was just on CNN last night, on Ellen last week and cooking with Paula Dean a few days ago.
And why do most Americans have the perception that she is angry, bitter and unpatriotic? Because she is an Ivy League educated, Harvard trained attorney and mother of two well rounded and beautiful children? Oh, nevermind, it’s because she’s an educated Black woman with a nice wardrobe and a job… I forgot, this is America and hateful people are under every rock.
Who cares its not like she will be making any decisions for us. If shes a bitter and angry its not my problem. Im not married to her.
Let me inform you on something: You are not voting for the wives of these men. So why does it matter where she is?
She is a mother of two girls who are in school, she is doing her part in making sure she is a good mother. Palin could take some pointers from her; do you actually think the mother of 5 children, one of which is a baby with down syndrome, should be following McCain around trying to be V.P? That baby needs even more attention than any of her children alone, she should be there for him instead of sounding like a broken record with the clueless answers she gives in interviews.
