Which is safest out on the road: Travel Trailer, 5th Wheel, or Truck Camper?

Looking at lighter weight 8 ft. truck campers versus 20-25 ft. trailers. Would be pulled with a Ford F-350. Thanks.

None of them are inherently safe or unsafe, it depends entirely on the driver of the vehicle moving them down the road.
The 5th wheel would be safer overall.
