Which resident summer camp has the better horse program?

Does Girl Scouts or Campfire USA have the better horse program summer camp? Looking for something that will have traditional camp activities but also have a descent beginner horse program. Would also be interested in any other resident summer horse camps that do english or wp in Washington state.

Find a horse barn in your area not a camp. you’ll get more for your money there.
summer camps really don’t give you the kind of instruction your probably looking for. there lesson groups are usually large so the attention your getting for say and hour lesson is divided with a lot of other people. so 6 kids for a hours lesson your really only paying for 10 mins of the instructors time and most camp instructors arn’t certified to give lessons beside telling you how not to fall off.

I have been to Girl Scout camp, and I have to say, their horse program is outstanding. I definitely recommend it to you.

Girl Scouts has really good programs for riders of all levels, but what is especially good about it is that all their instructors MUST be CHA certified. All the instructors there are licensed and are capable of teaching you very well.

The GS camp is stupid ive been, all you do is walk around and ring and on the last day you get to trot. Oh so much fun!!!( sarcasm)
