Buying a pop up camper in PA?

I’m thinking of buying a pop up. I live in Philadelphia. Can they be left on the street and not be ticketed or do I have to put it in storage? I live in a safe neighborhood so I’m not concerned about vandalism, but more so about the legal aspect. Do they have to be registered and insured? I need all the information you can help with. I haven’t a clue about owning one. Thanks for any help in advance!!

I doubt that you can leave it on the street. They do need license plates. A call to your Zoning office would tell you.
