Can I park my RV on the driveway next to my house in Oregon?

We have a driveway in front of our garage, but the driveway extends along side the house (such as an RV pad) all the way to the back of the house. Can I park my RV (trailer) there? Do I need a permit from the city of salem. I live on 12th St of Salem Oregon. Are there requirements such as fencing at a certain height or neighborhood beautification rules.
as long as its tagged and registered u can park it wherever u can legally park any other vehicle (assuming its a drive style and not a trailer)
if its a trailer u can park it and IF and only IF the city complains move it…
When I lived in Oregon, we always did just what you are posting about and nobody ever said a thing……
