Earn $ using RV parking in back yard?

Have you rented out the RV space in your backyard? Seems like a potential source of income, but just wondering what others have done. Might consider allowing an individual to live here in a mobile home. Perhaps temporary storage for someone’s RV? Ideas for passive income? Household includes small children.
Storage maybe, though anyone who owns an RV probably doesn’t need to store it in your backyard.. You might find a zoning issue with someone living in an RV in your backyard.
