Make sure both the seller and buyers names are clearly spelled out, the full amount paid (even go as far as writing the WORDS like seven hundred thirty-six) the year/make/model of the RV and most important the Vehicle Identification Number and the DATE. you can find the VIN on your registration. Of course you and him sign it, try to do it with a notary public if you can. Just to keep it legal.
I, …(your name) am selling a(n) …(name of vehicle) to (name of the person your selling it to) for the amount (amount) if instalments of (payments) this vehicle is being sold AS IS. The payments will be coming every month. When the payments are completed then i will sign over the title and rightfully give the vehicle to the person.
that should cover it you may need to fill in more things according to the agreement.

It can be on a regular sheet of paper, signed by you and the buyer. Just make sure you put “BILL OF SALE” and “AS-IS” on it.
