Is it illegal to live in an RV parked on the street?

I wanna know if its legal to sleep in an RV that is parked on the street in California. There is this RV parked on the street that i have never seen before and I started seeing it a few weeks ago…And I don’t think they were originally from my area. So I wanna know if its legal for them to do that?
I saw people comin in and out of there as if they lived there and never seen them go into any of the house around here…
if they arent hurting you then who cares.. leave them alone maybe you need a new hobby
You’re better off asking your city code enforcement.
There are usually habitation codes that do not permit living on a city street.
And road/parking codes that limit the time a vehicle being parked in one particular place for a certain number of hours.
