The next thing to look for is cracks in your ceiling; this can cause a potential leak area. So what you want to do is re-seal them. Clean them off, and use the recommended sealant by the manufacture. If it is a rubber roof, you will use rubber roof sealant. So be sure to clean off the old sealant, and wipe it down with a rag. You don’t have to remove the cracked sealant but you need to get it cleaned or else the new sealant will not stick. Once it is all cleaned up you can begin to apply your sealant. Cover the area fairly well, then take a brush and smooth and spread the sealant out over all the cracks. Just continue this process on all the cracks you see. Just my experiance but I think rubber roofs are overated. I bought a 15 year old rv and the epdm roof was COMPLETLY trashed. Hundreds of tiny leaks. My neighbor across the street had a seven year old camper and it too was already leaking. It otherwise looked brand new. I see comments suggesting these roofs easily last 20 to 30 years. Not that I have seen. If you are buying a used camper with one of these roofs be very careful.
