Get some Oust spray or buy a few of those things that hang inside the toilet bowl. Each time you flush it releases the fragrance. They come in all different smells for a dollar.
Get them at Wal Mart in the cleaning dept.

flushing your tank everytime you dump it goes a long way. You can buy a wand that goes on the end of a hose that you insert down the rv toilet. It has a rotating sprayer on the end that will blast off anything on the walls of the tank. I keep a gallon of bleach water in the tank when it is stored.

If you stay in one place for a long time, you can buy an external vent for the roof to help get rid of odors also. I know of a couple on line sites that sell it.
