Where can I get replacement Canvas for a Vintage Pop-up Tent Camper?
ByA friend has an old vintage pop-up Camper. It is a “Nimrod” from 1968. (Great name huh?).
The canvas is old, ripped and rotting. But, the camper itself is in really good shape. If I can just get new canvas I’ll have a sweet old vintage camper for my family. Any idea where I can have new canvas made? Many thanks!

Congratulations on your vintage camper trailer find! You’ll have fun restoring your vintage trailer and you’ll find there’s a whole community of vintage trailer owners. There’s a site devoted to camper blue book value that has two sources of info that will be helpful. The first is a post which mentions sources for vintage camper trailer parts, and an expert camper restoration source. I would go to a upholstery shop and talk to them. They make convertible tops all the time so I’m sure one of them would do the pop-up for you.
