hello, I am looking for a map of canada that sticks to your rv. You stick a province sticker to where the province would be on the map for each province you have been to.
I have the US version but am looking for the canadian one. I have looked online but only found the solid colour one. I have also looked in some rv stores , but had no sucess. If anyone knows ANYWHERE you can buy this map please tell me.

I just got my Canadian citizenship and I’ll be living in Ontario for the summer. I’m also an American citizen. My friends and I are going on a camping trip in June and they want me to bring A LOT of alcohol for them since our booze is soooo much cheaper. I can’t seem to find out how much I’m allowed to bring? At the border should I just show them my American passport and not mention I’m canadian?

I hear Mexico was one of the last places to produce these vans and I’m on the hunt for a 1978 vw camper van. I want to buy one down there and drive it home. Where can I look for one and what will it take to get it across the boarders? Thanks so much :)

Three friends and I are planning a 23 day trip from phoenix to Los Angeles and up the coast to Vancouver and back. We are all 21-23 and would like to have an epic outdoors/camping trip but also spend some time in the city. We are planning on going Mid July (2011) to Early August. Our plans are as follows:
Spend two days in the los angeles area. Then head up to Through Big Sur to San Francisco. Spend some time there then go to Napa/Sonoma (one or the other.. Which is better for a young ignorant red wine enthusiast?). Then spend some time camping in North Cali/Oregon Red Wood forest. Then Dunes National Park. Make our way up to Canon Beach/Eueka/Eugene/Portland. Spend some time in Olympic Penisula/Queets Rainforest/Seattle. Then to Vancouver and do some hiking/camping in our neighbors up north. After that, drive to south through idaho/utah to zion, do the water passage hike, then end with Las vegas before heading home.

This is our outline and we hopefully will be doing much more. Do you have any suggestions of specific sites along our path that we should check out? Thanks
