I would like to go camping with my dog at a lake in Central California that has canoe rentals and is still warm enough to swim. I live in San Francisco.

Can a robot pitch a tent? If so, a Boy Scout who builds one might be able to earn two merit badges at once. The Boy Scouts of America, which offers more than 120 badges ranging from archery to wilderness survival, next week will unveil a robotics merit badge meant to promote science, technology, engineering and math, fields collectively known as STEM.

Posted by: | CommentsHusband and I are looking to take a camping trip to Oregon. We want to go canoeing or hiking on the most scenic route possible. There are so many to investigate how can I plan this trip better? We want to tent camp too if possible. Any insight or helpful trip planning?
Overnight canoeing in North Georgia?
Posted by: | CommentsI am trying to find somewhere that rents canoes in GA for overnight trips. I did find one place (Appalachian adventures) that does it but it looks like you don’t get to camp on the river but rather in a campground after your daytrip.
I would like a trip that allows you to stop and camp on the river. I prefer northern GA but central would be good too. This is for a small group of 5-6 people.

What should i bring when canoeing down the river and camping there for the weekend?
Posted by: | CommentsI want to go camping down the Peace River in Florida for the weekend but I’m not sure what I would need to bring because my friends and I would be canoeing most of the way. So I have to be careful about getting our stuff wet. Is there any advice on what items to bring and how not to get everything wet (although it’ll probably happen because you’re in water lol).
