How does a 16-year old find a summer job as a camp-counselor?
Posted by: | CommentsI’m 16, my friend is 17, and we are both seeking a summer job as camp counselors. We live in New York and are hoping to find a camp anywhere around it, as long as its co-ed.
I have experience with kids already, so I’m pretty sure I’d be able to work out a sort of resume – I just need help finding a place.
Are there any camps you know of or sites that can direct me to decent camps?
Answers much appreciated.
to go camping….we want to find somewhere we can spend 3-4 days after the hike that isnt to polluted with people as well.

Find a tent for camping out for tickets in rain?
Posted by: | CommentsI am looking for a 6-8 man tent that needs to survive 24 hours in Oregon, during heavy rain, without being staked down. It will be set up on concrete, and is for camping out for tickets. between 5 and 12 people will be in it at any given time. Ideally it should remain dry inside, be able to be sealed or vented with mesh as we choose, and be under $400. Any suggestions?

I was fishing there today and got kicked out by the sheriff because the helicoptors had to come and take the water from there to spray at the fire. And whats a good artificial bait that you can throw and reel in for trout like recommended spinners and would tubes work? Thanks
