Okay so here’s the situation. I’m only 16. I’m finishing my last year of high school. I currently live with my brother, his massive, ogre of a wife, and their 3 toddlers (monsters). I have never been more miserable, and I’ve been with them for two years now. You don’t understand how TERRIBLE these kids are! They’re obsessed with cursing and neither parent cares. The oldest came up to me yesterday while I was watching a movie, after smashing his Pop-Tart all over the couch AND me, and told me that if I didn’t go fetch his cup from his upstairs bedroom, he was going to hit me in the face with this plastic toy helicopter. I thought he was joking and I told him to get his cup himself and he HIT ME IN THE FACE WITH THE GD’D HELICOPTER, and gave me a bloody nose. Neither parent cared, and I’m not about to lecture/punish a child that isn’t my own. What’s worse; they FORCE me to babysit all three toddlers at least FIVE DAYS A WEEK. When I go to school, from the minute they get home ’til midnight when my brother gets off work. Oh, yeah, that’s right. They don’t go to bed until 1-2 AM. The oldest stays up until 3-4 frequently.
So obviously this just isn’t working. I’m miserable. I hate them and they hate me. Why am I here in the first place? My mother married an abusive animal hoarder (NOT my dad!). The house they live in is absolutely filthy and disgusting. I hated it, but put up with it because I had nowhere else to go and my dad wasn’t willing to fight for custody of me. But then my introverted, quiet, creepy, pedo-bear, that weird guy from The Lovely Bones-ish step-dad decided that he was going to drag me downstairs by my hair, throw me out the front door, chase me with a fugging rake, call me a “worthless piece of shit”, and then he said something I’ll NEVER forget; “I’d give you a bullet, but you’re not worth the price”, and then he let me go. My mom watched the whole thing.
My mom knows I hate it here. She says she can ~~~*TRANSFORM*~~~ the basement into a room for me. She’s offering to put carpet in for me, or whatever flooring I want, to paint the walls whatever color I want, and that I can pretty much just fucking live in the basement. The thing is, that’s where her husband’s beloved cats happen to live, and I’ve never seen anything so terribly disgusting. It’s gotten 300x worse than when I left.
She’s also offering to get me a “camper” or something to live in, in the backyard or something, which I find completely stupid. And then, she’s offering to pay for a small apartment that we can share in the town I plan on attending college, near on-campus. But it’d be a terrible apartment, and she would stay there all the time because it’s right on her route coming and going from work. And truth be told, I can’t stand the sight of or her. I hate her. With a fiery passion. She did this to me.

If I were you I would continue to live with my brother. Just talk with him and tell him how you feel about his kids. When you are babysitting them you have the right to punish them, that’s what I think anyway. I would definitely not go live with my mother again. That sounds a lot worse than having to deal with annoying toddlers. So just talk to your brother. Hope this helps. (:

I was at a christian camp in Colorado last weekend me and my father didn’t get there until 12:00 pm we drove all the way to Wyoming and we turned around and we finally went the right way and found us at the camp site even though it was late my dad’s friend Dan and are second pastor were still up they helped us put up are tent and than the next day I woke up at 6:00 am I got up noticed that this camp site was made by a glacier it was so beautiful, I went and helped make breakfast for everyone. I felt like like god was right next to me than a bunch of people not in my group were having troubl getting to the shore of the lake because the lake’s current kept pulling them out further so I walked out into the lake and brought them all to shore they were thankful I didn’t really think much about it. I did that alot the first day I kept doing things that werent’ really for me but for everyone else. The next day woke up at 6 again and this time it was the day we were all leaving I helped everyone put their tents away and carried all their belongings to their car’s and there were atleast 40 people. Was this God using me to help everyone around me. I played with the kids what do you think Im justnot sure

okay so i met this fantastic guy at Interlochen Arts Camp up in michigan. i was his first (and so far only) girlfriend. we started going out halfway through camp, and broke up about a month after it ended. we intended to keep a long distance relationship, but it didnt work out. we agreed on just being friends “for now.” he goes to Interlochen Arts Academy now, and I’m applying there for next school year. i’m pretty much in, seeing as i was invited to come and my application and audition kicked ass. so i’m probably going next year.

my question: do you think he’ll want to get back together if we go to school together next year?

Ok so im a long distance relationship with this guy. And we are in love with eachother. We text from when we wake up till we go to sleep. And talk on the phone at least once a day. Hes going off to the army on 6-5-12. He is suppose to be stationed in the middle east. And he and i both agreed that we really dont want him to go there. He told me if we had meet 4weeks earlier than when we actually met he woulda never joined the army. So he has this wishlist that he has to turn in when he goes to a boot camp like thing. On his wish list they he can put the top ten places he wants to be stationed in and there could be a possiblity that he could go to one of those other places other than the middle east. He can get statsioned anywhere in texas and oklahoma arkansas.. So what are the closes army based places he can get station to be closer to me? I need the top 10places

My girlfriend was raped. She lives in Seattle, Washington. I live near Seattle but am currently in Eugene Oregon at a camp weekend. My father is with me but we carpooled down here so he can’t take me back up to Seattle. My girlfriend is afraid she is going to kilm herself and I have little cellphone reception and when I call here it’s too fuzzy to hear her. We’ve been texting but it’s not enough. I love her so much and I’m not one to be corny but I can’t live without her.
