Need inexpensive honeymoon destination that includes good fishing in March/April???
Posted by: | CommentsWe have a spring wedding and would like to travel any time in March or April. We are departing from Roanoke, VA. Both of us in mid-20s. The number of nights does not really matter, anywhere from 2-6. The budget for our trip is about 2k. We don’t want to spend more than about 12 hours driving time if we choose to drive. We enjoy outdoors: fishing (any water activity), relaxing, art, we do drink, amusement parks, mountains, historic things, really pretty much everything, as long as we have fun doing it. (At least 1-2 days, depending on vacation length, HAVE TO be spent fishing) We have already been to: Williamsburg, OBX, Va beach, Myrtle beach. I am really looking for some good advice of where there will be good fishing during that time of year (yes, it’s that important). Anyone know of any good fishing in eastern US during March/April?? Where? What kind? Thanks for the help!
Heeey . . So I’m getting married to my fiance very soon! And for our honeymoon the original plan was to go to Disney World!!!
BUT, just found out I’m pregnant
and so with all that money we decided to save it for baby stuff instead.
However, he said we can still go on a honeymoon on a smaller budget, which I’m very okay with.
We live in Colorado. Sooo I’m trying to find places IN colorado OR in surrounding states that we can drive to for a romantic but FUN honeymoon. (No south dakota, been there done that)
So what Im looking for are:
Bed and Breakfasts or a Cabin or A cute hotel
Some shopping places (I have to be out and about)
Wild life!
Romance!
We looove to fish!
I love Estes Park, but I go there so often that it won’t be a honeymoon, does anyone know of any place thats like Estes park?
I’ve looked into places like steamboat springs, aspen, pagosa springs, grand junction, strawberry springs (?) . . . But I’m very indecisive
So have you honeymooned in any of those places or are you going to? Or do you have some info on them that would make me consider?
Obviously in the mountains, now we are thinking gunnison? Who has been there and whats there to do? Please give a paragraph not a dinky one answer…
Cheap honeymoon ideas?
Posted by: | CommentsMy fiancee and I are getting married this summer and we can’t decide on where to go for our honeymoon.
We have spent quite a bit on the wedding so far so we are hoping not so spend much more than $2,000 on the honeymoon.
(We live in Central U.S. if that helps!)
We arnt much for camping or cold climates but the only thing we can find online is Hawaii, ect… and its SO expensive!!
Thanks to those who answer!
