Is it safe to travel to Mexico?

Posted by: | Comments (10)

I am a US citizen looking for a vacation. If we chose an upscale place and stayed at the resort or with hotel staff, say on a guided trip, would it be okay? No smart @ss answers, please. I had a friend that just went but they aren’t from the US, so I’m just not sure. We are in our late 20′s and early 30′s – guy and girl. Thanks!
I’ve been to Mexico twice before. This question relates to the current events.

I am not looking to get a bunch, just one to mount. I would prefer a place I can camp.
I live in North Carolina and hunt eastern gray and fox squirrel. I have family in the Albuquerque area that I would like to visit in the fall and shoot some Abert’s. One can get a 4 day, non-resident small game license for $30 plus $10 for public lands. I did not realize you could hunt in a wilderness with a rifle. I thought only bows were allowed there.
