Boot camp or rehab in Minnesota?

Ok so i have a 16 yr old brother who does alot of drugs and is always getting into trouble and hes been super super close to getting arrested…. Do u guys know of any boot camps or rehabs here in Minnesota? i prefer rehab though my brother needs help

Me and my friend want to go to a summer camp, but are having trouble finding one. Here are the deets:
~ we want a traditional summer camp (horseback riding, sports, fine arts, water activities, ect.)
~ Only a week long (because my little sister will be going and she cant be away from home that long)
~ Coed (my friends bro is coming)
~ It has to be no further than 2 hours from the twin cities!!
