Anyone heard of renting outboard boat motors only?
Posted by: | CommentsI’m going on a fishing/camping trip and need an extra boat motor, but obviously they are fairly expensive, even used ones. I am curious to see if anyone has heard of marinas or motor sports stores RENTING outboard motors. The trip will be in northern Michigan.

Help!?!?! Only 13 days!!!!?
Posted by: | CommentsI kind of left it to the last minute but… I’m going to mexico in 13 days and I have a problem: My pants are about half a size too small. How can I fit into them and lose a little weight in this time frame?!
I’m at camp, which is 40 minutes workout (laps, pushups etc..) and I dance for about an hour or so. I have weights but no access to cardio equipment, only on Wednesdays! Help!
What are my chances of getting into these schools? (please only serious answers)?

SAT’s – 2100 but am retaking them twice more and shooting for 2250

captain of 3 varsity sports (golf, winter track, spring track)
Nationally ranked and top in state in hurdles and 4×200
top runner in conference ( one of the top conferences in the state)
Nationals honor society member
raised over $3000 single handedly for the american cancer society
started an anual cancer walk- raised $2000
coaching a special olympics team (high school level)
voulenteered at numerous food pantries, hospitals, summer camps, and at my golf course (hundreds of hours total)
started a science fair at my middle school
international science fair finalist (san jose, CA)
highest scoring science fair project in region

science olympiad founder/captain/finalist

worked at a golf course for 3 years
voulenteered as a golf instructor for young kids at my course
mentored by an orthopedic surgeon (what i want to be)
iterned at a naval underwater warfare base and built an underwater robot
peer leadership president
peer tutor
big buddy (mentor for the lower classmen)
i took senior physics as a sophomore and senior ap bio as a junior
8 ap classes and all the rest were highest honors
gpa hasnt been released yet but i have gotten all a’s and 1 b in all of highschool
please tell me what u think my chances are at these schools… i would really appreciate all serious answers. And i know that you really cant predict but any feedback would be appreciated.

what is the word for the ancient “earth” writings you can only see from the sky?
Posted by: | CommentsI have photos a these types of “earth” writings or drawings from West Texas, and cannot think of the word to describe them, i have been told petroglyphs, but with what I have seen these are smaller types, made on stone. What I have photos of are made in the land at a particular site I camp at in far West Texas. Any help is appreciated.
Best to run electric RV water heater all the time or only when hot water needed?

Posted by: | CommentsI got my period May 24th and like two weeks before that I had started “spotting” and then so I got it on May 24th and my “flow” came May 26th and then it lasted like 7 days and now it’s June 27th and there’s still no signs that I’m getting it. I just turned 14 May 26th (yeah i know i’m so lucky for getting my first period on my birthday lol!!) so idk what is wrong or is it just normal and will it just come in another few days? From what i’ve heard it’s normal for it to come again after 28 days but it can be more or less, but I have camp in Texas and we leave for that July 6th and we’re taking a plane there and everything and I just want to know if it will be done by then cuz i REALLY dont want to be getting it at this camp where there will be lots of swimming (its a seaworld camp) so will it come or what?!?!?
