Archive for Outside

I will be in New York this new years and would like some advise on how to get a good view of Dick Clark and all the festivities. My plan is to head out to Time Square for around 6 and hang out until the event starts. Is that early enough or do people generally start “camping out” earlier?

I do not need to be in the front row by any means, although I still would like a descent view and I do not want to waste a day standing around waiting.

Having never been to New York, let alone during New Years, I was hoping someone who has could fill me in on what to expect.

Thanks!!

I was planning on getting a space for my RV in Disney’s Fort Wilderness in Orlando for New Years, but they’ve been booked all month since about 9 months ago. Thanks to that, I’m going to need a place to camp with my RV, preferably private, or at least somewhere safe and with a good reputation. I also need to know of a place that’s fairly close to Disney/Magic Kingdom (5-10 minutes). Thanks Yahoo, and please answer soon!

I am planning a camping trip and looking for a place that I can car camp, or have a short hike in, that will not be too crowded– and not need to be reserved. Please let me know if you have been to Rainbow Lakes, or have another spot that you think would work. Thank you so much!

Recently, it’s causing me problems, as I’ve already dated all of the men in our park. I went out with Billy Bob a few times, but he was way more into his taxidermy than he was me, and I just couldn’t compete with a stuffed possum. Then there was Billy Bob Joe, but between his squirrel hunting and bass fishing, he just really couldn’t fit me into his schedule. I had a fling with Billy Ray, but then his mom threatened to kick him out if he kept dating the “town tramp”. (I never liked her any way).

I thought it was going to work out with me and Bobby Joe, but his pregnant girlfriend put her foot down and that was the end of that. I tried a double date with Earl and Floyd, but they ended up getting into a fistfight after drinking too much while we were line dancing at the bar.

I need a man who don’t mind providing for me, and who also has a little bit of class. Also, a high school diploma or G.E.D.is a definite plus. I don’t want someone who will be threatened by an educated woman.

How do the rest of ya’ll meet men? Should I try a dating service or maybe start trying to meet them at church? Seriously, help guy! I’ve only got so long that I can be having babies and stuff. I need to get on the ball here.
