Were having a party tommorow at our house and I’m gettng out our patio furniture..Nothing fancy, just the white plastic chairs, tables, and foot stool things..Some of them havve been left outside throught the winter and are dingy..
What would be the best way to clean them?
Thanks in advance!!

Problems With My Newly Built Patio?

Posted by: | Comments (1)

I just built a patio with cement pavers and builders sand. I followed the directions I found online and from looks alone, it’s a success. But, the sand in between the pavers will not settle. I have to sweep and blow off the patio almost daily and within a few hours there’s sand stirred up everywhere. I’ve bought more sand and swept it into the spaces but it just sits there very loose. Why won’t it settle? It’s like I have a big sandy mess. I’ve not bothered to buy any patio furniture because it’s not very pleasant being in a mess. Please tell me what I can do to fix this. Thanks

Stranger’s Keys On My Patio Furniture?

Posted by: | Comments (1)

My husband came home and found a set of keys on the table on our back porch. We live in a bad neighborhood. The keys have a pink coiled lanyard, an old car key, and two Looney-Toons themes copied keys; not really threatening, but a part of me wants to turn them over to the cops so they can find out what this person was doing so close to my back door while I was home alone. The keys have a KMart discount card, so I could easily take them to the local Kmart and have them contact the person they have on file, but then I’d not find out who they were or why they were in my backyard.
What would you do?

We recently had a redwood deck with roof built in our back yard and bought a patio furniture set (10 piece) made with Steel Gray Aluminum Frame with Powder-Coated Finish on the legs and frame. The problem is when we set the patio furniture and people sat on it, we noticed marks and indentions from the legs of the furniture. What can we use to prevent our deck from the damage, especially from the weight when people sit? My husband wants to put tennis balls on each legs but I think that would look tacky and take away the beauty from our redwood deck and furniture…help please!!!!!
