Recreational Vehicle parking?
Posted by: | Commentsi need to know if there is any regulations to Recreational Vehicle parking with in city limits.. because down the street from me a guy has parked an RV and it blocks the road so you cant see if anyone is coming down the road..i have almost gotten hit more than once. the police say there’s nothing they can do because he is not breaking any laws. but there has to be some kinda of law stating that you cant park an RV with in city limits for so long. the RV has been there for over 3 months now. it needs to move before someone gets hurt. i need help on this. any information or websites that might help are greatly appreciateed.

The best vehicle, recreational sports gear retailers are…..?

A. Top five bike retailers?(in terms of quality products) and the
B. Top five rollerskate retailers? (both quad and inline) In terms of quality products.
Also what are all the basic accessories/gear needed if I’m gonna be skating/biking for a while?(helmets, pads and what else?)
I want to start shopping around for some of the highest quality bikes and skates that are out there. Not necessarily the most expensive but definitely high quality. Thanx. 
Oh and when I say retailers I’m NOT talking about WalMArt, K-MArt, Target etc.
I’m looking specifically for high level, high quality retailers that sell specifically bikes.
And other retailers, companies that sell only skates. Not huge dept stores that have a sports section.
I’ve heard bad stories about people buying bikes and or skates from big dept stores.

Also I live in Chiacgo, IL. and it’s starting to get warmer. So pretty soon and throughout the summertime I going to be skating and cycling a lot.
I’m looking for skates and bikes that are good for hardcore cardio exercise, long distances (dozens to possibly hundreds of miles) and extreme punishment. (they both need to handle pavement, debri, dirt, nearly everyday use without falling apart on me.) In other words very well built, sturdy and strong as hell.

Would anyone buy a recreational vehicle when the finance company holds a title?
Posted by: | CommentsThis person (I don’t know this person) is selling a Toy Hauler (travel trailer). Anyway he owes about $10K to a commercial bank. Because the bank is commercial, the Title is in another state. IF I go with the seller to the bank. Get a payoff amount with a receipt. Have the bank send the title to an alternative address (mine) but it will take around 3 weeks. The seller is going to give me a copy of the receipt of payoff (because I’ll be there). I”ll have a “NOTORIZED” Bill of Sale, Seller will sign a Release of Liability. The bank is going to give a loan closing letter that states the lien has been paid, therefore in the clear.
Loan center said that there could be only one lien on each vehicle. So that gives me the impression that no random person that feels they are owed money can put a lien or judgement on it. You know like a second mortgage to a house….

Would you do this? With all the above documentation, is it safe enough? IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD ASK FOR?
I know that it’s risky and there are alot of toyhaulers out there but I’m looking for a 21 footer and this one has ALOT of upgrades. It is also in mint condition and has only been used 2 times. The generator has less than 10 miles on it.
