Where is the closest absolute remote camping site to Philadelphia?
Posted by: | CommentsI’m a country boy stuck in the city and am really craving some good bushwhack camping. I don’t want anything even resembling a plug in camp site. I’d like a hike at least a couple of miles, then be able to set up camp wherever I choose, build a big fire, maybe shoot off some rounds, etc. I’m willing to drive, but Allegheny is pretty far. Is there anywhere closer?
Can anyone recommend a great camping site in or near Ohio?
Posted by: | CommentsWe live in Dayton, Ohio and would like to plan a weekend camping trip with a cabin, near water with options for things to do.

NETWORKING WITH BUSINESSES. If so then how?
PLease, my partner and I are very good at what we do. I was a home based vacuum cleaner repair business, but when Wallymart moved in it ruined my steady business. Hey when you can get a Bissel for $39 what in the haeck can i do. Although I will say this. I can take any vacuum and for $30 make it like new again. The secret is to do a 100% tare down and clean everything. You can even spray down the motor as long as you use high pressure air to dry it out. No local shop does this. In fact one shop here in Columbus Ohio, who is also the biggest ( they have 4 locations) said that they can’t do complete tare downs and cleaning because it costs $10,00 for the special machine to do it with. Fact is that they make money hand over fist by charging customers for new filters and selling vacs.
I only want to stay a couple days on the beach…I don’t have much money so I’m looking to just go to a campsite for a couple hours sleep. Was also planning on bringing a few beers to drink on the beach, but have noticed that some beaches don’t allow drinking…I just don’t know where to go!

Underwater Oil Plume Miles Away From Spill Site
The oil spill plaguing the Gulf of Mexico is washing ashore with little pattern, slathering some areas in a tarry mess while leaving others unscathed, and officials confirmed Tuesday that plumes of oil are also lurking in the deep. Test have confirmed underwater plumes dozens of miles from the broken wellhead off Louisiana that’s been gushing oil since late April, NOAA Administrator Jane …
