Archive for somewhere

I remember going there and fishing a really murky pond and catching really big Bluegill. Also I threw one of my lures into the other side of the pond and caught a really nice bass. This park might be split into 2 sections where I caught the Bluegill the water was kind of dirty and where I caught the Bass the water was a little more clean. There was a small dock that had a red roof and the wood was red also. I know it’s somewhere around the Santa Ana, Fountain Valley, Costa Mesa area If I saw it I would recognize it right away. If anyone knows what park I am talking about please help. I am desperate to find this place.

I want to go on a survival hike sometime this summer with my friends in montana. 2 of us are 14 and our other friend is 15. But one of them says it is illegal to camp in the wilderness if your younger then 18. Is this true? I don’t believe him. please help?

Ok so Im trying to plan a trip for me, my husband and my 7 year old son. We are looking for somewhere were we can camp and have a great time! Ideally somewhere near water, but if not somewhere where we will have lots of fun things to do!! we live about 30 minutes from Atlanta and we dont want to have to drive to far… maybe about 6 to 8 hours at the most! If anyone has any great ideas that would be great!! Thanks so much!!

We’ve found a few different spots but many have strict rules about dogs not being allowed on trails or beaches. very annoying and discouraging. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated!

I live in the Chattanoga area, and I have camped and Hiked in many area around here, I am just interested in new area nearby. I dont mind hiking many miles so if the spot is down a long trail then I would love to hike for a while. I plan on taking a trip with my roomates for about a week, and my goal is to hike 10-20 miles a day.
The last trip we went on was in Quetico, up in Minnesota, but that was too long of a drive so thats why we are lokking for a closer spot.

on where to store the patio furniture? We put it under tarps last year, but it got wet and rusted a bit. That was her idea…I probably don’t want to tell her “I told you so” huh?
