I live in Mexico and plan to spend summers in either Toronto or Montreal with my kids. Which one has more options? Shopping, day summer camps, learning options attractions. Which one is safer? Should i buy or rent something if I plan to go for 2 months every year?

During the summer I’ll be going with a few friends to a camp in Montreal, and all the people attending are to meet at Montreal Airport on August 13th before 5:45 pm… Ive never been to Montreal and all the buses ive looked at just drop you off somewhere downtown.
