Im plannig on going camping and would like to bring my handgun along for that “what if” senario.
I am not gonna go around flaunting it. Im a proud citizen who just wants to be safe and it will be keep in my vehicle. Is there any rules towards that. Differents of State,National or just in the outback parks. It will be in northern part of california bayarea. Any parks around here thats ok?

If you keep it unloaded an locked in you trunk, you should be good.
In most areas (not state parks) you should be able to unloaded open carry.
State parks no, National forests yes, National Parks only with permit to carry, BLM lands yes, county parks no, open county land maybe depends on the county for San Fransisco county no. All bay area waters yes.
