Doran Beach is your answer. It is in Sonoma county just a couple of miles from Bodega Bay. I think most of the people that camp here seem to have a dog or 2 or 3. They have separate tent camping from the RV’s, but no hook-ups. You can camp on the ocean side or the bay side, your choice. In fact, I was there yesterday just for the day use. It’s a great campground and great for the dogs too.
