ok so my dad got pistols im 19 legally can i take them when me n my friends go camping?
and if i was to buy a stolen pistol in the state of alaska what would happen if i got caught jw
Unless YOU have a license and a carry permit you are breaking the law by having the pistol.
A stolen pistol is STOLEN, you are buying stolen property and also carrying it unlicensed, you could face jail time if caught in possession.
Why not apply for a license and get some training?
If you have to ask this question, you deserve the multiple felony charges and convictions you will get when you get caught.
